Winter Workshop on Design of Functional Materials for Advanced Electronic and Photonic Properties
It is with great pleasure that we announce the second edition of the Winter Workshop on Design of Functional Materials for Advanced Electronic and Photonic Properties (DFM 2025), to be held in Bormio (SO), Italy, from December 14 th to 19 th , 2025.
The program will consist of a combination of invited and contributed talks, delivered by both established and early-career scientists.
The aim it to share knowledge and stimulate scientific discussions around emerging fields in functional materials, within a friendly atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for networking activities.

In particular, Valerio Galli, member of the ELFO team led by Mario Caironi, will present the latest results on the edible rechargeable battery, one of the most representative results of ELFO.
