Scientific contributions (oral presentations as well as poster contributions) from participants are encouraged!
The Organizing Committee will try to accommodate as many requests as possible, according to the Workshop programme.
Abstract preparation and submission
Please prepare your abstract in English.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one scientific contribution as the presenting author, while there are no restrictions on the co-authorship.
The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.

- Abstracts must be submitted not later than October 31st, 2025
- Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to the presenting author by November 16, 2025
- All presenting authors must register for the Conference not later than November 16, 2025

Scientific communications
Oral presentations must be held in English.
The Contributed Talk presentation shall not exceed 15 minutes.
The Invited Speaker presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes.
Five tutorial lectures of the duration of 45 minutes will start the daily programme.
Two poster sessions are planned. Each one will be anticipated by poster pitches lasting 2 minutes.
Widescreen (16:9) format is recommended. The presentation will be uploaded on a PC with Microsoft Windows operating system available at the conference site. Please, note that it will not be possible to use your own PC.
Presentation files can be sent to eventi@pragmacongressi.it or transferred via USB at the conference site.
We recommend to do it at the earliest convenience with respect to the scheduled time for the oral communication.
